Regent Park properties are set in a neighbourhood that is a work in progress. A revitalization plan is adding new condominiums and town homes. Banks and grocery stores are moving into the area, as new growth begins. Offices, parks, retail space and places for cultural venues are all part of the $1-billion plan, which will strive to bring a diverse mix to Regent Park. New condominiums in the area include Paintbox, One Cole and One Park West.

The Regency Park neighbourhood stretches from Parliament on the west to Bayview Avenue on the east. Gerrard Street east is the northern border and Queen Street East is the border on the south. Corktown is immediately to the south. Some areas are within a twenty minute walk or faster bicycle ride to the Financial District.
