Regent Park properties are set in a neighbourhood that is a work in progress. A revitalization plan is adding new condominiums and town homes. Banks and grocery stores are moving into the area, as new growth begins. Offices, parks, retail space and places for cultural venues are all part of the $1-billion plan, which will strive to bring a diverse mix to Regent Park. New condominiums in the area include Paintbox, One Cole and One Park West.
The Regency Park neighbourhood stretches from Parliament on the west to Bayview Avenue on the east. Gerrard Street east is the northern border and Queen Street East is the border on the south. Corktown is immediately to the south. Some areas are within a twenty minute walk or faster bicycle ride to the Financial District.
Homes and Amenities

High ceilings and decks in a quiet family area are some of the amenities. Other condos feature spacious layouts, granite kitchens, laminate floors, resort-like roof top gardens above the city, and large terraces.
Island Grill is where you will find great Jamaican food in a small space. One Serbian place to eat is Peter’s Cajun Creole Pizza, with a mix of pizza and wings.
Nelson Mandela Public School and Regent Park/ Duke of York Junior Public School are both located in Regent Park.
